Just got my LX90 today, and I'm already impressed with what it can do. Even the comparitively modest finder is better than any scope I've owned before! The first non-terrestrial object I observed was the Moon. Even with the supplied 26mm Plossl EP and not even twilight skies, the detail on the lunar surface was simply amazing. I spent a good few hours scanning the surface and identifying features on a map.

The rest of the evening I spent experimenting with the scope, that is, until cloud pulled in as can be expected after any new purchase of astronomical equipment...
